a) What are cookies and web bugs and what are they used for?
According to Wikipedia, the definition of a cookie would be:
A cookie (also known as web cookie or browser cookie) is a small piece of data sent from a website and stored in a user’s web browser while the user is browsing that website.
A cookie is a file that is downloaded to the user’s device when he or she accesses certain websites to store and recover information about what has been browsed from that equipment.
With the evolution of websites, cookies have practically become essential in order to offer users all kinds of services, such as the possibility of registering on the website, personalising or configuring the site to the user’s taste, managing shopping carts, etc.
Browsing without cookies is perfectly possible, but many of these new services will stop being available without them.
Web bugs are also used at QUALITYFRY. These are tiny and transparent images inserted into some contents. When users access this content, this image is downloaded, thus making it possible to know the number of times that this content has been seen, as well as the IP address from which it has been downloaded. This information is compiled anonymously and is used to compile statistical data about certain areas of the website.
b) What are the cookies used for at QUALITYFRY?
The cookies that we use never provide personal data and the user always remains anonymous.
c) Types, purpose and operation of Cookies at QUALITYFRY?
In general, you can classify cookies in two ways, according to their permanence or their purpose.
According to their permanence, there are two types of cookies:
These are the ones that are generated every time the user accesses the service and they expire or are eliminated when the user closes the browser.

The geolocation cookies enable users accessing the website to be approximately located (always anonymously) to try to offer a more personalised browsing experience, being able to offer content related to the area that the user connects from (news of the area, automatic language selection according to country, etc.).
Registration cookies are generated when users register on a website or service, or when they already have the access data and they log into that website or service, thus allowing access to the different sections of the website without having to give their credentials on each page.
In short, these cookies enable users to remain identified so that they can access certain services, such as:

e) What happens if the Cookies are disabled?
