The Ecofry technology incorporated in our fryers allows frying without the need for extraction hood, according to the technical controls of oil mists and acetic acid made by accredited external companies (ENAC).

fryer fast chef elite oil mists and acetic acid According to the results obtained after the tests, we can conclude that, the values obtained in the analysis of oil mists and acetic acid are 0.48 mg/m3 and <0.125 mg/m3, respectively, reducing the environmental emission of oil mists and acetic acid by 30% and 91% with respect to its traditional equivalent, which is why extraction is not required outdoors.

The analysis of the samples have been carried out in the INDUSTRIAL HYGIENE LABORATORIES, belonging to the company SGS Tecnos, which have extensive equipment and experience in the analysis of this type of samples, as well as control programs of quality, both internal and external, that guarantee their results.
