QUALITYFRY attends SME Instrument Phase 2 Coordinators Welcome Day

On 25th and 26th of April, QualityFry participated in the SME Instrument Phase 2 Welcome Day conferences. They took place in Brussels and brought together the beneficiary companies of this European Union programme dedicated to promoting research and innovation in small and medium-sized enterprises which develop technologies and products focused on productivity, efficiency and sustainability.

QUALITYFRY, PRESENT AT EQUIPHOTEL 2018, THE LARGEST HOSPITALITY FAIR AT PARIS

QualityFry has been present EQUIPHOTEL 2018, the essential event for hotel and restaurant professionals in Paris. From November 11 to 15, visitors to our booth at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles were able to see how the ecofry technology works as part of the SME Instrument (SME Instrument) Phase 2 project under the Horizon 2020 Research and Innovation Framework Program.

QUALITYFRY WINS THE QUALITY INNOVATION AWARD AND SHALL REPRESENT THE SPANISH INNOVATION IN BEIJING 2019

The Quality Innovation Award (QIA) 2018 conceded to QualityFry along with 8 Spanish companies recognizes the ecofry technology as a pioneering technological innovation applied to a traditional culinary process. This technology will represent Spain in the international phase of the competition in Beijing 2019.

QUALITYFRY at the Complutense University of Madrid: frying 4.0 at the Conference on Practical Nutrition

Frying 4.0: innovation, technology and automation for health and sustainability, is the title of the conference that Rocío Teruel Gutiérrez, R&D Food Product Manager of Qualityfry, will offer on April 11 at 10.00am in the XXII Conference on Practical Nutrition to be held within the next edition of the XII International Congress of Nutrition, Food and Dietetics. Both the Conference and the Congress will be held at the Faculty of Medicine of the Complutense University of Madrid.

QualityFry participates in the Science, Citrus and cooking workshop organized by the CSIC in Valencia

On December 3 at the Casa de la Ciencia in Valencia, QualityFry participated as a collaborator in the Science, citrus and cooking workshop. The event was attended by the president of the Higher Council for Scientific Research (CSIC), who attended the opening ceremony where several Spanish chefs of renowned prestige elaborated tasty dishes with citrus.
