QualityFry revolutionizes Hotelympia 2018
For the first time, QUALITYFRY will present at Hotelympia event its ecofry technology for healthy, sustainable, smoke-free and odourless frying, that is revolutionizing the world of professional cooking.
The ecofry technology developed by QualityFry in all its machines has been recognized by the European Commission with the Seal of Excellence within the Horizon 2020 Framework Programme for Research and Innovation.
During the event, the assistants will see that our smoke-free and odor-free technology, can support hotels, convenience stores, kiosks, train and bus stations, airports, shopping centers, among other businesses.
In this way, visitors will discover that with our fryers it is possible to fry both fresh and frozen products, either sweet or savoury and all of this without mix their flavors.
Qualityfry is part of the shortlist of finalists as Best Technology Innovation, in the World Food Innovation Awards 2018 in association with Hotelympia, where really showcase some of the most ambitious new products and developments of the year from a wide range of companies all over the world.
The winners in all 20 categories will be revealed as part of a special ceremony at the Launch Pad stage, within Hotelympia, at 15:30 pm on 7 March.

Hotelympia 2018, is the world’s premier foodservice and hospitality event that has been an integral part of the UK market for almost 75 years.
