The event organized by <a href=\"https:\/\/restauracionnews.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Restauraci\u00f3n News<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/mabhostelero.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Mab Hostelero<\/a> aims to discover the most groundbreaking concepts of the moment from the hand of recognized experts in the sector and professionals who have made innovation their hallmark, and will also reflect on the most current issues in the foodservice industry.<\/p>\n<p><strong>On november 24th-25th 2021, from 11h. to 17h., the great reunionpromoted by <a href=\"https:\/\/peldano.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Pelda\u00f1o<\/a> in Hall 7 of IFEMA (Madrid),<\/strong> hosted two exciting days of debates and presentations sponsored by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.deliverect.com\/es-es\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\"><strong>Deliverect<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>On the first day, the Restauraci\u00f3n News section opened with a debate between executives of the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/restauracionnews.com\/nueva-generacion-restauracion-valores-expofoodservice-2021\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">new generation of restaurant brands<\/a><\/strong>that stand out for their innovative concepts and values. The day continued with a visualization of the <strong>latest trends in the sector<\/strong> and discuss in more depth into the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/restauracionnews.com\/mujeres-direccion-empresas-hosteleras-expofoodservice-2021\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">role of women in the management of hospitality companies<\/a><\/strong>, with the reflection of important managers.<\/p>\n<p>The day continued with presentations on the <strong>digitization of food safety<\/strong> and the <strong>customer experience<\/strong>. premiere of the Mab Hostelero section at Expofoodservice 2021 start with a debate on <strong>the situation of the hospitality machinery market seen by important manufacturers.<\/strong> An issue that was again analyzed that same morning from <strong>the perspective of distributors and installers.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>They also spoke about one of the most worrying issues today, <strong>the supply crisis and its consequences in the value chain.<\/strong> \u201cWe are facing the fourth global logistics crisis; the previous three were fixed much faster, but this one will mean
