QualityFry has in place stringent controls for all its equipment and spare parts to ensure the quality and safety of its products and to meet the requirements of the strictest regulations.

1.WARRANTY CONDITIONS.


For a period of one (1) year following purchase, QualityFry guarantees the excellent quality and proper operation of the new product you have just purchased.
This warranty offered by QualityFry as the manufacturer is separate from the rights you have against the seller, which are derived from the contract of sale of your new equipment.

a) Warranty conditions

For a period of one (1) year following purchase, QualityFry guarantees the excellent quality and proper operation of the new product you have just purchased.

This warranty offered by QualityFry as the manufacturer is separate from the rights you have against the seller, which are derived from the contract of sale of your new equipment.

b) Warranty coverage:

This warranty includes the right to free replacement of any component of the new product you purchased if it shows any manufacturing or assembly defect or operation fault, as long as this is due to a manufacturing fault that results in poor operation.

To make this QualityFry warranty effective, you must provide the corresponding purchase receipt to prove the date of purchase of the equipment, the model and the serial number.

QualityFry may, at any time, require you to send the defective part for which you are requesting a replacement in order to verify the defect. You must provide it in order for this warranty to be valid.

c) What does this warranty not cover?

As the product manufacturer, QualityFry cannot accept responsibility for certain aspects concerning its machinery that are not related to its activities, therefore, some faults and damages are not covered by this warranty.

The User Manual explains all the recommendations for installation and use, as well as how to ensure maximum performance. Please carry out all checks indicated in the Manual. Any imperfection, damage or operational failure caused by poor installation or misuse will be excluded from this warranty. For this reason, it is very important that you carefully read the User Manual.

In any case, the following are not covered by this warranty:

  • Service provision items (travel), labour and transportation.
  • Repairing damage which is not due to the design or manufacture of the machine (for example, power cuts) or which is due to improper use.
  • Repairing defects in the equipment caused by damage which may not be attributed to the manufacturer due to external conditions, imperfections caused by knocks or impact, damage due to weather conditions or other natural phenomena, as well as external influences such as power surges.
  • Repairs required due to having used the equipment for a purpose other than the one set out by the manufacturer, as well as improper handling or force, use of unsuitable washing products or chemical agents, damage caused by chemical or electrochemical effects of water, as well as due to incorrect installation or assembly, inappropriate general environmental conditions or poor maintenance of the equipment due to the failure to carry out cleaning and maintenance activities according to the instructions for use.
  • The replacement or repair of parts affected by wear, included in the usual cleaning and maintenance of the product, and parts that the manufacturer recommends replacing after a given period of time or number of work cycles.
  • The replacement or repair of fragile parts (for example, carousel, glass, tray, etc.) where defects or breakage cannot be attributed to a manufacturing defect.
  • The warranty will be void if the QualityFry installation checklist and installation manual are not followed. It will also be void if the recommended timescales for revision and maintenance of the equipment are not observed.
  • Lastly, the QualityFry warranty will become void if the machine is opened or handled by persons not authorised by QualityFry.

d) Bear in mind

In order to be entitled to this warranty, it is essential to confirm before QualityFry, S.L. the date you received the new product by providing the purchase receipt. Please keep your receipt.

This warranty is international and is applicable to all products located in any country where there is an authorised QualityFry, S.L. distributor who offers the guarantees contained in this document.

With the exception of the express warranties detailed above, QualityFry does not offer any other express or implicit warranty, of any form, relating to the product, its adaptation for another purpose or any other type of warranty. To the extent that it is permitted by local laws, QualityFry shall not be responsible for any defect, inconvenience, restriction or inability to use this product, nor for the failure to fulfil any express or implicit warranty.

2. SPARE PARTS WARRANTY CONDITIONS


Thank you for purchasing a QualityFry product. We hope our product will provide you with an excellent service.

The original QualityFry spare parts are the same as those used in our equipment and they are subject to the same quality controls as the components installed in our equipment. We comply with the strictest regulations to ensure the quality and safety of the spare parts.

This document contains the warranty conditions available to you after purchasing an original QualityFry spare part.

Check the condition of the original QualityFry replacement part when it is delivered and ensure that it is suitable before installing it. Remember that an incorrect assessment of the problem may mean that the spare part purchased will not work properly or the machine will not work properly. Any imperfection, damage or operational failure caused by selecting the wrong spare part or by poor installation or misuse of the spare part will result in the loss of the coverage of this warranty and the warranty of the equipment in which the spare part is installed.

This warranty will become void if you do not send the defective part when requested by QualityFry for verification.

In any case, the following are not covered by this warranty:
