The QualityFry fryers have a watertight suitcase frying vertically. In product enters the upper part and emerges from the bottom, without opening the fryer to remove the product and ensuring no smoke emission and smells. It also protects the oil from light and minimizes contact with oxygen, increasing its useful life. Automatically controls the process and continuously stirs the oil.

DRYING PROCESS THAT DRIES AND EVAPORATES THE OIL

A process of frying and drying, which extracts water, evaporated oil and volatilized solid particles, leaving a golden and crispy product and which also ensures that food comes out without oil (37% less compared to an open deep fryer). It supposes a significant reduction in fat intake, producing easy, quick, healthy and better quality recipes.
