THE PERFECT CYCLE

  • Protects the oil from light and minimises its contact with oxygen, increasing its lifetime. It controls the temperature on two levels and continuously stirs the oil.
  • It dries by extracting the water, evaporated oil and volatilised solid particles, leaving a golden, crispy product.
