ABASTUR 2021: THE HYBRID EVENT FOR THE HORECA SECTOR
The 35th edition of ABASTUR brings together professionals from hotels, restaurants, banquets and coffee shops from Mexico and Latin America and will have a hybrid format at the Citibanamex Center in Mexico City.
The largest business platform in Latin America, ABASTUR, will host the most important suppliers and buyers for the hotel, restaurant, cafeteria and catering industry for three days, and this year it will also do so digitally. The latest trends, technology and novelties of this constantly growing industry will be the protagonists of this fair.
More than 300 exhibitors from Mexico and the world, both at the fair and on the digital platform will meet from September 29 to October 1, 2021. Companies from different countries such as China, Turkey, Canada, Italy, the United States, Chile, Colombia and Spain, among others, will participate. In addition, they will offer different content options and conferences based on the most relevant topics for the industry, given by the main spokespersons of the Restoration through practical activities.
Likewise, there will be specialized pavilions where you can find the innovations of the leadingexhibitors and brands in the sector.

For the first time, QualityFry presents its range of ventless deep fryers to ABASTUR 2021, its advanced technology has been recognized by the European Commission as a beneficiary of funds from the SME Instrument (SME Instrument) Phase 2, within the Framework Program for research and innovation Horizon 2020.
