Ingredients:

1 brioche burger bun

2 beef patties
- 2 slices of cheddar cheese

Burger sauce
- 1 tomato

1 red onion

Sweet and sour pickles
- Iceberg lettuce
Preparation step by step:
1. Start by thinly slicing the red onion into julienne strips, washing the lettuce leaves, and cutting the tomato into thick slices.
2. Next, place the tomato slices in one of the iQ model’s hoppers and roast them slightly using the 0:45 second recipe at 180 °C.
3. Cook the beef patties using the preset 1:30 minute recipe.
4. Once the burgers are ready, place a slice of cheddar on each patty so it melts with the residual heat. If you like, you can lightly toast the brioche bun.
5. Assemble the burger to your taste: bun base, burger sauce, melted-cheese burger patty, lettuce, roasted tomato, pickles, and julienned onion.
