5 green little tomatoes

1 head of garlic

3 jalapeños
- 1 avocado

25 ml of extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)
- Juice of 1 lime

Step by step preparation:
1. Roast the onion at 150°C for 25 minutes and the head of garlic for 20 minutes.
2. Char the jalapeños and tomatillos at 180°C for about 2 minutes to enhance their aroma and flavor.
3. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend at medium speed until you achieve a creamy texture. Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
