Step by step preparation
1. Start by sautéing the red onion and unpeeled garlic cloves at 180°C for 25 and 15 minutes, respectively.
2. Peel the mango and cut it into large slices. Roast the mango slices and the pineapple rounds for 1 minute and 30 seconds at 180°C.
3. Roast the habanero chili for approximately 2 minutes at 180°C.
4. Place all the ingredients in a blender, add a pinch of ground cinnamon, salt, and pepper, and blend on high speed until you achieve a smooth, silky texture.
