NRA Show 2019: QualityFry at Chicago’s largest food and hospitality fair

QualityFry shows for the first time its range of ventless deep fryers in NRA Show 2019, finds us in the BOOTH 4080 at McCormick Place, Chicago. From 18th to 21st may, don´t miss our live demonstrations.


NRA (National Restaurant Association) is the platform to discover, learn, connect, inspire and gain the tools needed to innovate and thrive in the international food marketplace. A unique, forward-thinking experience for restaurant leaders, focused on tools and resources to deliver actionable strategies for exponential growth while providing takeaways that are critical to business success.

Each year, nearly 70,000 professionals and 2,000 exhibitors from 130 countries meet at this fair in which buyers from the 200 most important hotel chains, operators, distributors, government agents, chefs, nutritionists and executives of the food industry participate.

On the occasion of the celebration of its centennial, NRA 2019 has three exhibit halls spanning more than 715,000 square feet, 900+ product categories featured throughout the Show floor including: Global food expo, Kitchen Innovations® Showroom, World Culinary Showcase, Expert-Led Learning and more.

The event will take place on May 18-21 at McCormick Place, Chicago, four days discovering the best that the international restaurant and foodservice industry has to offer.

QualityFry brings its ecofry technology to Chicago

For the first time, Qualityfry carries its range of fryers smokeless and odourless at NRA Show 2019, whose advanced technology has been recognized by the European Commission as beneficiary of the funds of the SME Instrument (SME Instrument) Phase 2, within the Framework Program for Research and Horizon 2020 innovation.

The frying technology developed by QualityFry for Fast Chef Elite + allows food to be cooked quickly with an efficient use of resources, in terms of both products (oil consumption is reduced because the machine is closed and compact and does not allow light or oxygen to enter) and electricity (electricity costs are reduced compared to a traditional fryer).

These characteristics suppose a competitive advantage for the businesses of restoration and hospitality that has been endorsed by several technical-scientific studies.
