The goal was clear: to create a food service space inside the supermarket where customers could enjoy freshly prepared, ready-to-go meals with variety and quality, all without complex operations or major kitchen infrastructure investments.

Thanks to the support of our distributor Biogalta and in collaboration with the brand Costa Brava, a new food service island was launched—equipped with QualityFry technology.
Our automatic frying systems allow food to be cooked without extractor hoods, and without smoke or odors, while also optimizing energy consumption. This made it possible for Carrefour to offer hot food directly at the point of sale, in a fast, safe, and sustainable way:
