Ingredients:

1 red bell pepper

1 eggplant

Step-by-step Preparation:
1. Cut the pepper into large strips and quarter the eggplant.
2. Roast the vegetables in the iQ equipment at 150°C:
– Onion: 25 minutes
– Garlic: 20 minutes
– Eggplant, tomato, and pepper: 15 minutes
3. Peel the onion, pepper, and eggplant once roasted.
4. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend on low speed to achieve a rustic, homemade texture.
5. Season with salt, pepper, and a dash of vinegar to taste. And that’s it!
