2. At the same time, cook the bacon using the 2:00 minute recipe until it’s golden and crispy.
3. Next, regenerate the frozen French toast with the 3:00 minute recipe at 180 °C. Once ready, sprinkle with a bit of powdered sugar and cinnamon to enhance the flavor.
4. To plate, place the French toast as the base. Top with the confit strawberries, crispy bacon, a drizzle of honey, and a generous spoonful of whipped cream.
