Nobody stops the QualityFry team, we take our equipment to fairs, events and presentations at national and international level to bring professional cooking a little closer to all corners of the hospitality industry. Here’s a review of our participation in Salón Gourmet in Madrid and a first look at what we will be exhibiting at Foodservice Australia.

Salón Gourmets 2024

Last April we were present at the Salón Gourmets fair, which celebrated its 37th edition at IFEMA- Madrid.

The fusion between our smoke-free and odor-free cooking equipment and the IMA Group’s master croquette makers was a hit with visitors. During the fair, attendees were able to see firsthand how croquettes of different sizes are made and then introduced into the QualityFry iQ 635 Carrousel model to achieve perfect browning in record time. The speed in the elaboration and preparation of croquette portions makes this duo of machines ideal for service in any establishment.

QualityFry equipment can be used to prepare any type of product, a sample of which were the different preparations made by our chef on site. Fresh products, such as croquettes, octopus, boiled potatoes, hamburger, torreznos, asparagus; frozen products, such as tequeños, frozen croquettes, potatoes; and, sweets such as pineapple with a scoop of ice cream to go with it.

After a 26-hour flight, we took our equipment for a professional kitchen to the next edition of Foodservice Australia, the leading trade fair for the food service industry in Australia, which will be held from May 19 to 21, at ICC Sydney. Find us together with our distributor J.L.Llenard at booth H24.

Foodservice Australia is the event where chefs, restaurateurs and foodservice providers from across Australia come together to discover the latest innovations, trends and flavors that are shaping the future of the industry.

What will we bring to the Fair?
