To celebrate the opening of our new offices, we held a cocktail party for 150 people, in which over 20 delicatessen products were served. All dishes were prepared fresh with the FAST CHEF ELITE smoke and odour free fryer.

Partners, friends, colleagues and clients were all able to enjoy a delicious menu made up of dishes such as prawn and potato involtini, seafood pouches, vegetable tempura, cheddar cheese twisters with caramelised onion, and quail egg skewers.

As an appetiser, the fried almonds and caramelised lobster were the favourite finger food of the guests. Meanwhile, among the main dishes, the mini hamburgers, ox meat (accompanied by potato wedges and padrón peppers), octopus, squid tentacles and asparagus delighted diners.



Do it yourself

As a surprise for the night, attendees could become chefs for a day thanks to the simplicity of our fryer. With three basic steps, they prepared tequeños filled with queso latino cheese and delicacies made of goat cheese to accompany traditional croquettes of Iberian ham, Idiazabal cheese, baby cuttlefish and boletus.

Leave room for desert

To end the evening, the sweetest moment of the night was dessert. Guests were able to choose between irresistible chocolate croquettes, exotic apple, raisin and nut samosas, and traditional French toast.
