QUALITYFRY INTRODUCES ITS NEW iQ 1000 CARROUSEL MODEL WITH INCREASED PRODUCTION CAPACITY AND CUSTOMISABILITY
Madrid, September 21st 2021, QualityFry, an innovative Spanish company in frying automation, presents its new iQ 1000 Carrousel professional fryer model, which has a greater production capacity thanks to its 10-litre oil frying compartment, increasing kg/h production to up to 33 kg*.
Its on-demand processing system simplifies the operator’s work and improves productivity. Moreover, the automatic product programming system intuitively controls the number of portions and allows for the differentiation between products based on frying and regeneration times.
Increased production and fume extraction capacity
This new model offers a larger oil capacity of 10 litres, which translates into a higher kg/h production. This allows 800 g of a single product to be fried at a time, or 500 g per portion when frying two products at the same time.
Along with the increase in production, the extraction and condensation capacity has been improved by 60%. In addition, the air extraction system controls the emission of hot air, preventing the transmission of odours during the frying process.
In order to offer the best performance, the iQ 1000 Carrousel model is designed to be energy efficient, resulting in a 24% reduction in electricity consumption, a 37% reduction in oil consumption and a 27% reduction in frying time. Given its low consumption, it is especially designed for food handling areas, kitchens and bakeries that do not have a smoke extraction system.
Technology and innovation
The equipment has a very intuitive 10-inch touchscreen display that allows the user to program up to 21 different products and easily change the images and product names. It also has a Wi-Fi connection that allows access to the machine’s production and telemetry details via an APP (available from September 2021), allowing remote control of the data. The iQ 1000 Carrousel model also has a USB connection for uploading image files or updating the software (which can also be done remotely via Wi-Fi).
Thanks to the vinyl design on the front, the new QualityFry fryer can be customised to suit the customer’s needs.

The technology developed by QualityFry in the iQ 1000 Carrousel model has been approved in the European Union through CE marking and the Seal of Excellence.
The innovative character of QualityFry has been recognised by the European Commission and the company has been awarded the Seal of Excellence within the framework of the Horizon 2020 Research and Innovation Programme, which promotes industrial leadership in Europe and strengthens the scientific foundations of business projects.
