QUALITYFRY, a leading Spanish company in the design and manufacture of automatic frying technology without smoke, without odors and without mixing flavors, presents its new professional fryer model iQ 640 FES Carrousel, which has an integrated fire extinguishing system whose objective is to detect a possible fire inside of the frying chamber, control it and protect the operator and the environment from it.
Focused on offering the best performance, the iQ 640 FES Carrousel is energy efficient, which leads to a 24% reduction in electricity consumption, a 37% reduction in oil consumption and a 27% reduction in frying time.

Fire Extinguishing System
The fire detection and extinguishing system is integrated into the interior of the fryer, thus facilitating early detection and controlled extinction, avoiding reignition and the spread of fire to other areas. It extinguishes without damaging the equipment and allows, through easy cleaning, to restart the kitchen activity.
It is an extinguishing system integrated into the fryer that achieves a complete extinction of a hypothetical fire in the chamber without causing additional risks such as splashing or subsequent reignition. It is an automatic and manual detection and extinction system that complies with the CTE and is based on regulations regarding extinction systems. It is not necessary to include extinguishing systems beyond those required by type of business or space.
QUALITYFRY fryers can cook without smoke vents or extractor hoods. This makes possible to eliminate risk points that need periodic maintenance.

Closed chamber. Double layer of steel
The frying chamber of the equipment manufactured by QUALITYFRY is built with a double layer of stainless steel (AISI 304 L) that isolates the high temperatures inside and absolutely protects the operator and his environment. This technology allows frying in the absence of light, without oxygen, eliminating active particles and water from the oil, keeping it free of food remains and extending its useful life. The greatest fire safety is found in the closed configuration of the frying chamber, which allows frying with a very low oxygen concentration.
Its extinguishing system has a double probe that continuously sends oil temperature information to the control software. It also incorporates an automatic electrical resistance disconnection mechanism and a safety thermostat.
The frying chamber of the equipment designed and manufactured by QUALITYFRY is a closed body and isolated from the rest of the elements, so that the frying process does not dirty the furniture or the other components of the machine. Its design allows you to easily wash its removable parts, some of them even in the dishwasher.
