Celebrating our success at HIP Event: Cooking with Efficient Technology


QualityFry, a leading Spanish company in the design and manufacture of automatic technology without smoke, without odors and without mixing flavors for the Horeca, food service and retail channel, breaks attendance records in its participation in HIP 2024.

HIP – Horeca Professional Expo closed its seventh edition meeting its attendance forecasts, about 49,137 hospitality and restaurant professionals have gathered in its four pavilions at IFEMA MADRID.

During these exciting days, QualityFry beat record visits to its stand, where we had the opportunity to share our latest innovations, connect with colleagues in the sector, and explore the most notable trends in the industry.

QualityFry joined the great innovation summit by presenting its equipment for an automatic and efficient kitchen. The iQ fryer models desing by the brand stood out for their smoke-free and odor-free frying technology that is capable of frying autonomously, optimizing kitchen processes.

During the fair, visitors were able to discover how the ecofry technology – which is incorporated in its entire line of fryers – facilitates sustainable, healthy cooking, without environmental emissions and more energy efficient. Characteristics that represent a competitive advantage for restaurant and hospitality businesses.

In addition, from the hand of our chef, we lived exciting gastronomic experiences through our showcookings where attendees tested the quality of frying very versatile products that can be fried at the same time, in the same oil and without mixing their flavors.

We prepare frozen products such as french fries, squid sticks, croquettes, fresh products such as hamburgers, torreznos, mushrooms, asparagus, octopus, sweet products such as churros and tequeños; to more elaborate dishes such as goat cheese with strawberries and pineapple with ice cream. ​
