Preparation step by step:
1. First, season the cod loin with salt and pepper. Pat the piece dry to remove excess moisture and coat it in flour
2. Place it in the hopper and select 3:30 at 180°C. Also add the padrón peppers, selecting the 2:00 recipe.
3. Spread a spoonful of tomato sauce on the plate. Add the fried cod loin and finish with the padrón peppers.
