QUALITYFRY EXPANDS ITS COMMERCIAL OPERATIONS TO LATIN AMERICA


In QUALITYFRY, a pioneering Spanish company in the design and manufacture of smoke-free and odor-free frying technology for profesional kitchen equipment, we have planned to open new comercial horizonts for 2021 creating a wide and solid network of distributors in LatAm. It is a natural strategic move after having started operations in the other continents.

We live in a globalized society and we know that the Latin American market is growing by leaps and bounds with a high demand for innovative products and technological improvements. It is here where the QualityFry equipment offer solves the needs of a market with large productions of fried food in the hospitality sector.

The exclusive ECOFRY technology, an innovation developed by our R + D + i department, is implemented in all iQ models and is highly energy efficient. This technological advance, which fries vertically in an almost closed chamber, allows to fry, seal and regenerate any type of product without risks for the operator, because the operator does not have direct contact with the hot oil during the frying process. The versatility in frying, at its optimum point, both for frozen and fresh products, sweet or salty, is one of the main advantages.

Currently, we have managed to find business partners in Mexico, Argentina and Chile who offer our products in their markets. Besides, we already have some clients in Paraguay, Peru, Panama y Ecuador.

To achieve success in expansion, we are also conducting strategic alliances and negotiations with potential distributors in more markets such as Peru and Bolivia.

Our objetive is that in all corners of the world could be provided a quality frying  using our equipment for professional kitchens, in addition to guaranteeing better conditions in the kitchen by eliminating fumes and odors, as well as contact direct with the high temperatures of hot oil.
