QualityFry presents its smoke-free and odor-free solution in Asia and Europe
With the aim of reinforcing the internationalization of the brand, last February QualityFry technology was present in Tokio during the HCJ Show, and also at the Adriatic Gastro Show held in Croatia. The Japan’s largest hotel and restaurant exhibition was held from February 15 to 18, HCJ Show, where we were accompanying our distributor in the Asian country, Rita Import, to demonstrate to an increasingly competitive and demanding market that it is possible to fry sustainably and with high quality using QualityFry equipment.
HCJC Show is characterized by being an exhibition specialized in hotel and restaurant business negotiationsthat contributes to the revitalization and reactivation of the service industry through the exchange and dissemination of people, goods and information.
The event was held at the Tokyo Big Sight Exhibition Hall.
Adriatic Gastro Show
Hand in hand with our distributor ETEN, we were present at the seventh edition of the Adriatic Gastro Show, which took place from February 23 to 26 at the Spaladium Arena.
The exhibitors of this great gastronomic and tourist event presented the most important exhibitions in the fields of gastronomy, winemaking, tourism, but also to the restaurant industry.
DDuring the fair, QualityFry’s smokeless and odorless technologyoffered European entrepreneurs, chefs, managers and strategic buyers the possibility of preparing products in any space and business model without the need for a smoke outlet or extraction hood.
Tirreno CT Show
Our next stop was at the Carrara fairgrounds for the 42nd edition of TIRRENO CT, which was carried out from March 4 to 7 in Italy.
The Tirreno CT Exhibition is a point of reference for the hospitality sector throughout central Italy, offering a broad overview of tourism, commercial and hotel innovations. TIRRENO CT continues to attract thousands of economic operators, it is the massive presence of trade associations, increasingly numerous and qualified exhibitors, conferences and round tables on current affairs, tastings, international competitions and demonstrations.
QualityFry showed its range of smoke-free and odour-free fryers where visitors discovered that ecofry technology –which is incorporated into its fryers- facilitates sustainable, healthy cooking, without environmental emissions and more energy efficient. During the fair, attendees checked the quality of the frying of different products that can be cooked at the same time, in the same oil and without mixing their flavors.
