In the heart of one of the most important Shopping Malls in Andalusia, Tekillos, a company founded by a Spanish and a Venezuelan, has managed to offer its products thanks to an innovative solution: QualityFry.

Located on an island in the aisle, they faced a major challenge: without a smoke vent, they could not cook. Ricardo Sánchez, co-founder of Tekillos, tells us how the iQ 635 Carrousel model has been the key to his company’s success in the Lagoh Shopping Mall in Seville.

“We chose this machine because it is fume- and odor-free. Not only does it solve a practical problem, but it also keeps our environment clean and pleasant for our customers,” Ricardo explains.

 

The amazing thing about Tekillos’ story is not only that they can cook without a kitchen, but that with a single QualityFry machine they have managed to optimize their processes. A single operator is able to manage the entire work area thanks to the easy-to-use and preset programs of the iQ 635 Carrousel model.

“When I started here, in a very short time I was able to completely master the machine and the whole working environment, it is very easy to use. From startup to shutdown, the machine guides you step by step,” Erick tells us.

With precise cooking times, such as 3:30 minutes for tequeños and 5 minutes for empanadillas, QualityFry guarantees perfectly cooked products, every time. “It’s not just me, it’s our customers,” he says proudly.

One of the points that Ricardo values the most is the expansion potential that QualityFry has opened up for Tekillos. The controlled processes and the ease of replicating the model in other shopping malls or street food outlets are opening new doors. What started as a small business in Seville now has a clear path to growth and we thank Ricardo for trusting our technology.
