iQ 640 FES Carrousel with an Integrated Fire Extinguishing System (FES)
The iQ 640 FES Carrousel model has anintegrated fire extinguishing system whose objective is to detect a possible fire inside of the frying chamber, control it and protect the operator and the environment from it.
The fire detection and extinguishing system is integrated into the interior of the fryer, thus facilitating early detection and controlled extinction, avoiding reignition and the spread of fire to other areas.
