The Hot Concepts celebrated its 18th edition, this initiative, promoted by Peldaño and Restauración News reward the catering sector after a difficult year for the entire hospitality industry. The jury composed of leading personalities in the field of foodservice sector, did not have an easy job for choosing among more than 120 nominations and 20 different categories, the winners of the Hot Concepts 2021.
The best kept secret of these prestigious awards was revealed on the night of July 1, where QualityFry receives the “Machine of the Year” award with its iQ 630 Carrousel model.
