QUALITYFRY FAQS -DISTRIBUTOR

For optimal performance of your QualityFry ventless deep fryer, we recommend the use of High Oleic sunflower oil with defoamer.
NOTE: Seed oils are not indicated for use.

QualityFry ventless deep fryers parts are dishwasher safe, except for the heater group (resistance) and the carousel tray, which must be washed by hand.

You can find the serial number for your QualityFry Ventless deep Fryer on the name plate on the lower left side.

Please check that the QualityFry machine is not unplugged or the differential of the installation disconnected. Check if there is no voltage or current in the socket where the machine is connected. If everything is correct and the machine still does not turn on, contact the Technical Service, click here to contact or send an email with your query to sat@qualityfry.com

First, turn off the QualityFry hospitality equipment and let the oil cool. Once the oil is cold, remove it from the tank and completely clean the heating assembly, PAYING SPECIAL ATTENTION TO THE FLOAT AND THE PROBE.
Check the correct connection between the cable and the resistance.
Refill the machine with 5.5l of oil. Remember that we recommend the use of High Oleic sunflower oil with defoamer.

Before carrying out any process, make sure the oil is cold. Subsequently, extract the oil from the vat following the recommended process.
Confirm that the round gasket is in place on the fryer outlet chute and that the black handwheels are properly tightened. If the round seal is broken, please replace it.
Check that the drain tap is properly closed (red tap) and make sure that the machine has no grounds or food remains inside the tank.
If so, perform the full cleaning maintenance on the frying case. After cleaning, add 5.5 liters of oil.

For small portions in the ventless deep fryer, we recommend 250-300 grams, while for large portions, the amount is 500-600 grams.
Remember that for correct operation, make sure to introduce the appropriate amount of product into the kitchen equipment, taking care not to exceed the marker on the hopper.

Try pressing the ESC key to cause the blade to rotate and see if the product comes out. If not, WITH THE MACHINE OFF AND THE OIL COLD, check that the fryer paddle is properly seated and free of dirt.
To avoid this mistake, it is vital to ensure that the correct amount of product is placed in the input hopper.

Check that the time and temperature of the chosen frying program on the QualityFry automatic kitchen machine is correct. Remember that it is important to put the recommended amount of product in each working mode of the machine.

The error messages on the display of the QualityFry ventless deep fryer give you a description of a possible error. The QR link will direct you to a video where the solution is explained. You can also find a detailed description of the messages in the QualityFry User Manual.

The QualityFry ventless deep fryer has a vapor condensation system through a metal coil and a collection container. Please make sure that the condensation canister is empty and that the coil is not clogged internally by dirt (follow the procedures described in the “Cleaning Protocols” section). Remember that you can find the “Cleaning Protocols” in the QualityFry Client Area.

Most QualityFry fryers work with single phase outlets except the iQ 1000 (high capacity) model which requires a three phase connection.

The extinguishing agent is non-toxic, so you can safely clean the machine by following the instructions specified in the manual.
Subsequently, you must contact your supplier to put the fire system back into operation.

From QualityFry we recommend changing the oil at least once a week. However, this will depend on the number of rations, the type of product used and the amount of waste generated.

It is advisable to replace the carbon filter and the seals of the QualityFry kitchen equipment every six months, but this period may depend on the use of the fryer.

Many factors can affect the frying process, but to guarantee the best results from QualityFry we want to share the following recommendations:
• Use the correct and recommended size portions of food.
• Adjust the recipe’s suggested temperature or cook time. Your QualityFry smoke-free and odor-free fryer provides exceptional temperature control that allows you to adjust the heat with greater precision than other machines on the market.

QualityFry designed machines can fry practically any food that can be put into the input hopper of the QualityFry fryer. Both fresh and frozen, sweet and savory products can be cooked in the QualityFry catering equipment. However, given that the fresh product generates a significantly higher amount of moisture during the frying process, it is advisable to introduce less amount of product per serving. In addition, the condensation can must be emptied more frequently.
